How long does it take to complete the course? There is 3 hours of recorded lecture modules but there are multiple choice and open ended questions that make the time invested longer. It will take approximately 4-6 weeks to complete if you can dedicate at least 2-3 hours a week!

Hi, I'm Julia! I am the creator of this Eat in Sync course! I studied the field of nutrition/dietetics for four years at Penn State University and after coming off of birth control in 2019 (after being on it for 5 years to clear my skin), this led me on my own journey to natural healing and balancing my hormones. Being frustrated with the lack of support and options, I started pursuing more education in the field of hormone health and doing extensive research to help better help myself and others.
